研究目的：

基于循证构建乳腺癌术后的运动方案，以促进乳腺癌患者术后的运动，提升乳腺癌患者术后的运动水平，改善患者的预后和生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on an evidence-based exercise program to build breast cancer after surgery to promote postoperative exercise in patients with breast cancer to enhance the level of activity in patients after surgery to improve the prognosis and quality of life.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

处于极度疲乏、重度贫血、共济失调、病情恶化、感染活动期、术后伤口未愈、有心肺疾病、代谢性疾病、发生骨转移等医学上明确诊断禁止运动等情况。

Exclusion criteria：

In extreme fatigue, severe anemia, ataxia, disease progression, active infection, postoperative wound unhealed, cardiopulmonary disease, metabolic disease, bone metastasis, and another medically clear diagnosis of prohibition of exercise.
