研究目的：

研究在健康人群中，使用基于pH梯度法的胃管定位方法是否比常规的判断方法更准确。  

Objectives of Study：

To study whether the use of pH gradient-based gastric tube localization more accurate than conventional methods in healthy individuals.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.曾接受鼻、咽、食管、胃部手术者或存在鼻中隔偏曲异常； 2.不能合作者（精神异常、意识障碍、智力障碍）； 3.胃食道反流者； 4.胆汁反流者； 5.两周内使用抑酸药的患者； 6.患有其他不能耐受此试验的疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have undergone surgery on the nose, pharynx, esophagus or stomach or who have deviated septum abnormalities; 2. who are unable to cooperate (psychosis, disturbance of consciousness, mental retardation); 3. who have suffered from gastroesophageal reflux; 4. who have suffered from bile reflux; 5. Patients on acid-suppressive drugs for two weeks; 6. Patients with other diseases who could not tolerate the test.
