研究目的：

1.调查慢性创面患者研究前的维生素D水平； 2.描述维生素D不充足的慢性创面患者补充胆骨化醇后血清25（OH）D的提升变化； 3.比较充足维生素D水平的同期患者和维生素D处于不充足水平的患者创面愈合之间的差异，包括创面感染率、创面体积缩小率、PUSH评分、创面平均愈合天数和创面愈合有效率；  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate pre-study vitamin D levels in patients with chronic wounds; 2. To describe the elevation of serum 25 (OH) D after cholecalcitol supplementation in chronic wound patients; 3. Cpmpare the differences in wound healing between patients with adequate vitamin D levels and those with inadequate vitamin D levels.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕妇或哺乳患者；
2.癌性创面；
3.未经治疗的骨髓炎；
4.长期吸烟史或长期大量饮酒史患者；
5.过去三个月有口服主要为维生素D的补充剂。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant woman or feeding women;
2. Cancerous wounds;
3. Untreated osteomyelitis;
4. Patients with long history of smoking or heavy alcohol consumption;
5. Oral supplements, mainly vitamin D, have been available for the past three months.
