对于全身麻醉术后肺不张发生高风险患者在PACU留观期间及时早期进行呼吸训练，可以减少术后肺不张的发生  

Objectives of Study：

For patients with high risk of atelectasis after general anesthesia, timely and early breathing training during the PACU observation period can reduce the occurrence of postoperative atelectasis.

除外危重，患严重呼吸系统循环系统疾病，哮喘，精神疾病等
