研究目的：

调查社区老年人认知功能、睡眠、身体功能及精神行为症状等情况，分析认知下降的轨迹，确定影响认知障碍发病和疾病进展的危险因素和保护因素，为未来临床和科研人员后续干预性研究提供参考和依据.  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the cognitive function, sleep, physical function and mental behavioral symptoms of the elderly in the community, analyze the track of cognitive decline, determine the risk factors and protective factors that affect the onset of cognitive impairment and disease progression, and provide reference and basis for future clinical and scientific researchers' follow-up intervention research.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重的精神疾病或其他严重器质性疾病，影响短期测评和诊断；
2.有精神疾患，药物成瘾史或其他疾病，患者不能签署知情同意书或者配合测试。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who have mental disorder or other serious organ diseases that affect the short-term prognosis of patients; 2. Patients with a history of mental disorders, drug addiction or other diseases cannot sign informed consent forms or cooperate with research trials.
