研究目的：

通过 IOS （脉冲强迫震荡肺功能）检测，评估单纯哮喘以及哮喘合并 OSA 患者气道的阻塞程度、确定气道阻塞的部位，比较两者气道的阻塞程度及阻塞部位的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Through IOS (Pulse forced concussion of pulmonary function) detection, to evaluate the degree of airway obstruction in patients with simple asthma and asthma complicated with OSA, determine the location of airway obstruction, compare the difference of airway obstruction degree and obstruction site between the two groups, and explore the airway characteristics of asthma patients with OSA.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并COPD、支气管扩张、肺癌、间质性肺病等其它肺部疾病患者； 2.排除合并结缔组织病、严重心、肺、肝、肾疾病的患者； 3.患恶性肿瘤或预后不良者； 4.妊娠者； 5.无法配合完成各项检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with COPD, bronchiectasis, lung cancer, interstitial lung disease and other pulmonary diseases; 2. Patients with connective tissue disease, severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 3. Patients with malignant tumor or poor prognosis; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Patients who can not cooperate with various examinations.
