研究目的：

1. 阐明慢性失眠障碍患者的神经影像学机制； 2. 探讨慢性失眠障碍患者药物治疗前后大脑功能连接的变化及其与临床特征的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Elucidate the neuroimaging mechanism of patients with chronic insomnia disorder; 2. To investigate the changes of brain functional connectivity before and after drug treatment in patients with chronic insomnia disorder and its correlation with clinical features.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 除CID以外的睡眠障碍（基于ICSD-3标准）； 2. 汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分≥18和汉密尔顿焦虑量表≥14； 3. 心、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统有严重疾病的； 4. 带有心脏起搏器、神经刺激器者、人工金属心脏瓣膜等以及幽闭恐怖症等核磁共振扫描的任何禁忌症； 5. 有精神、神经障碍史或头部外伤并意识丧失史； 6. 怀孕的、备孕的、哺乳的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Sleep disorders other than CID (based on ICSD-3 criteria); 2. Hamilton Depression Scale score >=18 and Hamilton Anxiety Scale score >=14; 3. Serious diseases of the heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system; 4. Any contraindications to MRI scans with pacemakers, nerve stimulators, artificial metal heart valves, etc., and claustrophobia, etc.; 5. History of mental or neurological disorders or head trauma with loss of consciousness; 6. Pregnant, pregnant, nursing patients.
