探讨髌下脂肪垫在骨性关节炎发生发展中的机制研究。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the mechanism of infrapatellar fat pad in the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.经确诊为其他类型肌肉骨骼疾病，如骨髓炎和周围神经损伤等其他运动系统的损伤； 2.曾患或正患有其他类型、部位的关节疾病，如类风湿关节炎、痛风性关节炎、创伤性关节炎；有半月板切除术史； 3.有膝关节外伤史； 4.有其他风湿免疫类疾病如强直性脊柱炎、硬化性肌炎和干燥综合征等；有放疗、化疗、靶向治疗和其他免疫治疗等既往治疗史； 5.肝肾功能异常； 6.神经系统疾病病史等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosed with other types of musculoskeletal diseases, such as osteomyelitis and peripheral nerve injury and other motor system injuries; 2. Have had or are suffering from other types and sites of joint diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, traumatic arthritis; History of meniscectomy; 3. History of knee joint trauma; 4. Other rheumatic immune diseases such as ankylosing spondylitis, sclerosclerosis myositis and Sjogren's syndrome; Previous treatment history of radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and other immunotherapy; 5. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 6. History of neurological diseases, etc.
