Objectives of Study：

To explore and evaluate the early predictive value of stroke related sarcopenia on neurological function and prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.恶性肿瘤、恶液质和严重心肺疾病、各种慢病加速恶化期；
2.合并严重内分泌代谢疾病，如垂体、甲状腺、甲状旁腺、肾上腺和性腺疾病；
3.认知障碍或精神疾患无法配合完成评估者；
4.近期服用任何影响肌力的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Malignant tumors, cachexia, and severe heart and lung diseases, as well as various chronic diseases that accelerate and worsen;
2. Concomitant severe endocrine and metabolic diseases, such as pituitary, thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal, and gonadal diseases;
3. Individuals with cognitive impairment or mental illness who are unable to cooperate in completing the assessment;
4. Take any medication that affects muscle strength recently.
