研究目的：

比较乳腺癌改良根治术患者术中麻醉维持应用甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑和传统不使用甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑术后的医院焦虑抑郁情绪测量评分（HADS)，探讨甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑对乳腺癌患者术后情绪的影响，旨在围术期为患者提供更佳的麻醉方式以提高术后早期恢复质量。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS) of patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy with and without Remimazolam Tosilate for maintenance anesthesia, objective to investigate the effect of Remimazolam Tosilate on postoperative emotional state in patients with breast cancer, in order to provide a better anesthesia for patients to improve the quality of early postoperative recovery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前有严重焦虑抑郁需药物治疗者；或已诊断精神系统疾病及长期服用精神类药物史者； 2.行双侧乳腺癌根治手术者； 3.术前并存严重心脑血管疾病及肝肾功能异常者； 4.一周内大剂量使用或长期使用苯二氮卓类药物、酒精、镇静剂者； 5.有癫痫病史或癫痫家族史者； 6.对试验中任一药物过敏或有禁忌者； 7.术前进行简易智力状态量表( MMSE) 评分不能配合及低于相应文化程度最低评分者(文盲≤17 分，小学≤20分，中学≤22 分，大学≤23 分) ； 8.研究者认为不宜参加此试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who had severe anxiety and depression before operation, or who had been diagnosed with mental system disease and had a long-term history of taking psychotropic drugs; 2. Radical operation for bilateral breast cancer; 3. Patients with severe cardiac cerebrovascular disease, liver and renal dysfunction before operation; 4. High-dose or long-term use of benzodiazepine, alcohol or sedatives within a week; 5. Having a history of epilepsy or a family history of epilepsy; 6. Allergic or contraindicated to any drug in the test; 7. Those who could not cooperate with the MMSE test before operation and whose scores were lower than their corresponding educational level (illiteracy <= 17 points, primary school <= 20 points, middle school <= 22 points, university <= 23 points) ; 8. Other conditions in which the researchers considered it inappropriate to participate in the study.
