研究目的：

1、评估电针疏肝调神穴组治疗中度抑郁相关失眠的临床疗效； 2、使用经颅磁电刺激（TMS）联合肌电图（EMG）技术探索针刺治疗中度抑郁相关失眠的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in the treatment of moderate depression with insomnia disorder; 2. To explore the neural mechanism of acupuncture in patient with depression with insomnia disorder using TMS-EMG.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、既往及当前有自伤自杀计划或行为、精神病性症状者； 2、既往诊断有精神分裂症、双相障碍或其他精神障碍类疾病； 3、有明显的人格障碍史； 4、有酗酒或物质滥用史； 5、既往有脑外伤、癫痫病史； 6、伴有肝肾功不全，有金属植入物或心脑血管系统重大疾病病情无法控制者； 7、依从性可能较差或畏惧针灸者； 8、备孕、妊娠及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous and current self-injury-suicide plans or behaviors, psychotic symptoms; 2. Previous diagnosis of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or other mental disorders; 3. Have an obvious history of personality disorder; 4. A history of alcohol or substance abuse; 5. Previous history of brain trauma and epilepsy; 6. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction, metal implants or major diseases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems that cannot be controlled; 7. Poor compliance or fear of acupuncture; 8. Patients preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy and lactation.
