研究目的：

1.探讨颊针疗法治疗慢性失眠的有效性和安全性 2.探讨颊针疗法治疗慢性失眠的可能作用机制  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the efficacy and safety of cheeks acupuncture therapy for chronic insomnia. 2. To explore possible molecular mechanisms of cheeks acupuncture therapy for chronic insomnia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄＜18 岁或＞70 岁；
2.继发性睡眠障碍；
3.合并肝肾功能障碍、心肺、脑血管疾病与精神性疾病等；
4.酒精或者药物成瘾；
5.严重视力、听力或言语沟通障碍，
6.近4周内服用过治疗镇静催眠类或抗焦虑、抑郁类等抗精神药物；
7.已知严重出凝血异常、面颊部感染、或晕针的患者；
8.拒绝颊针针刺的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age<18 years or>70 years; 2. Secondary sleep disorders; 3. Patients with hepatorenal dysfunction, cardiopulmonary, cerebrovascular, and psychiatric disorders; 4. Alcohol or drug addiction; 5. Severe visual, hearing, or verbal communication impairment; 6. Patients who have received sedative-hypnotics or antianxiety, depression, or other antipsychotic drugs in the past 4 weeks; 7. Patients with known severe hemostatic abnormalities, buccal infection, or acupuncture syncope; 8. Patients Refusing cheeks acupuncture therapy.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data are collected by researcher of this program and special researcher assistant. After the study, Printing CRFs will be locked in reference room of anesthesiology department and managed by researchers.Electronic data will be saved in the data bank of anesthesiology department and only can be contacted by special researcher.
