研究目的：

本研究试图通过靶向背外侧前额叶的经颅直流电刺激，提高社会快感缺失群体的工作记忆，并改善他们的快感缺失症状。  

Objectives of Study：

The present study sought to improve working memory and anhedonia symptoms in the social anhedonia group by dorsolateral prefrontal transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

背外侧前额叶tDCS神经调控（单次）刺激参数：采用1.5mA的直流电刺激持续干预20分钟，包括30s的逐步增强与30s的逐步减弱过程。采用国际10-20国际脑电系统，将5个电极片固定于左侧背外侧前额叶区域：中心电极为阳性刺激（放置位置为F3），其他四个阴性电极环绕于阳极周围（F5，F1，FC3，AF3）。真刺激（阳性直流电与阴性直流电）模式下，电流经过 30s 逐步由 0 毫安增强至最大的 1.5 mA，并维持这一强度，最后经过 30s 电流逐步减弱为 0 毫安，全程共 20 分钟。伪刺激模式下，电极的放置位置与真刺激相同，电流同样经过30s逐步由 0 毫安增强至 1.5mA，再经历 30s 逐步减弱至 0，之后维持无电流至结束，全程 20 分钟。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

To stimulate the left DLPFC, the center electrode would be placed in F3 according to the International 10-20 EEG System. The other four return electrodes will be placed over AF3, F1, F5, and FC3. The polarity of the center electrode will be set as anodal. For the actual stimulation, the current will be applied for approximately 20 min (the exact length depended on the time that the subject completed the task), including an initial 30 s of ramping up and final 30 s of ramping down at the end. For the sham stimulation, the current will be ramped up to 1.5 mA in 30 s and immediately ramped down to 0 in the following 30 s. This procedure would be useful to blind the subjects to whether they received the sham stimulation . 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

IQ 低于80分；曾有精神疾病病史；曾有脑创伤、神经系统疾病病史（如癫痫或脑卒中）；曾有头部手术；曾有物质滥用/酒精成瘾；曾有意识丧失30 分钟以上；正服用精神类药物；处于妊娠期；近期头部有金属；近期头皮破损或炎症。

Exclusion criteria：

IQ < 80; history of mental illness; history of brain injury, surgery and neurological disorders (e.g. epilepsy or stroke); substance abuse/alcohol addiction; loss of consciousness for more than 30 minutes; taking psychotropic medication; pregnancy; metal in the head; scalp breakdown or inflammation.

All participants were numbered from 1 to 60 according to the order of enrollment, and a random number sequence corresponding to the number was generated using the computer software Excel, and then the numbers were sorted according to the size of the random number sequence. In this intervention study, the grouping sequence is determined by a special person who does not participate in the inclusion of cases and the implementation of the intervention, and is responsible for strictly keeping the allocation table.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集中，通过纸质问卷收集被试的基本人口学信息并进行实验记录，通过问卷星平台进行问卷量表数据收集，通过Pavlovia平台进行行为任务的数据收集。 数据存储中，在Excel中，依据被试编号，将被试的人口学信息、问卷信息以及行为任务表现进行整合，并保存原始的纸质材料与线上平台数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In data collection, basic demographic information about the subjects would be collected and recorded experimentally through paper questionnaires. Questionnaire scale data would be collected through the Questionnaire Star platform. And behavioural task data would be collected through the Pavlovia platform. For data storage, the demographic information, questionnaire information and behavioural data of the subjects would be integrated in Excel based on the subject number, and the original paper material and online platform data would be kept for backup.
