研究目的：

探索甲状腺癌患者颈部淋巴结转移的危险因素，制作评估甲状腺癌患者颈部淋巴结状态的预测模型，从而制定个体化的外科治疗方案，提高患者的术后生存质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the risk factors of cervical lymph node metastasis in patients with thyroid carcinoma, and make a prediction model to evaluate the status of cervical lymph nodes in patients with thyroid carcinoma, so as to develop an individualized surgical treatment plan and improve the postoperative life quality of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.病理类型为除甲状腺癌的其余患者； 2.曾接受多次颈部肿瘤手术； 3.存在其他肿瘤或存在远处转移的患者； 4.回顾性队列中病例报告不完整的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The pathological type is other patients except for thyroid cancer; 2. Has undergone multiple neck tumor surgeries; 3. Patients with other tumors or distant metastases; 4. Patients with incomplete case reports in the retrospective queue.
