研究目的：

1. 主要目的：观察100名HBsAg+的育龄期女性接种戊肝疫苗的安全性和免疫原性，指导和促进疫苗在该特殊人群中的安全、合理应用。 2. 次要目的：收集征募过程中HBsAg+的育龄期女性的HEV血清学资料和接种疫苗前后的安全性与免疫原性资料，促进肝病领域的学术成果产出。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To observe the safety and immunogenicity of hepatitis E vaccine in 100 HBsAg + women of childbearing age, and to guide and promote the safe and reasonable application of the vaccine in this special population. 2. Secondary objective: To collect the serological data of HEV and the safety and immunogenicity data before and after vaccination of HBsAg + women of childbearing age during the recruitment process, so as to promote the academic achievements in the field of liver disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① HBsAg阴性； ②入组前14天内接种过其他疫苗 ； ③孕妇或哺乳期 ； ④发热（腋温≥38℃）和急性疾患期、癫痫及癫痫史、凝血功能障碍、免疫系统疾患者及对疫苗成分过敏者或此前接种疫苗过敏者等； ⑤研究者认为不符合入组。

Exclusion criteria：

1. HBsAg negative; 2. Received other vaccines within 14 days prior to admission; 3. Pregnant women or breastfeeding; 4. Fever (axillary temperature ≥38℃) and acute disease, epilepsy and epilepsy history, coagulation dysfunction, immune system disorders, and allergic to vaccine components or previous vaccine allergies; 5 The researchers considered that it was not suitable for inclusion.
