研究目的：

通过构建老年专业护士自我关怀心理训练方案，提高其自我关怀水平，降低共情疲劳，促进人性化护理  

Objectives of Study：

By building a self compassion psychological training program for geriatric professional nurses, improve their self compassion level, reduce empathy fatigue, and promote humanized care

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

自我关怀训练进行干预，用六周，每周1.5小时 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Self-care training was performed for the intervention for six weeks, 1.5 hours per week 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①已获得护士执业资格并且在岗护士；
②从事临床老年护理工作1年及以上；
③年龄18岁以上；
④能进行基本读写，具备完成问卷的调查能力；
⑥知情同意自愿参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Nurses who have obtained nurse practice qualifications and are on the job;
(2) Engaged in clinical elderly care for 1 year or more;
(3) Age 18 or older;
(4) Be able to read and write basically, and have the ability to complete questionnaires;
(6) Informed consent to voluntary participation in this study.
