研究目的：

脑卒中是全人类致残致死的重要病因。缺血性卒中约占所有卒中的80%。我国，约30%-50%的缺血性卒中是由颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄/闭塞所致，罹患者卒中复发率高、致残率高、社会负担大。探索“影响症状性严重颅内动脉粥样硬化狭窄卒中复发高危人群及血管内介入治疗并发症、治疗效果等相关因素”应是重大慢性疾病防治的优先战略。  

Objectives of Study：

Stroke is an important cause of disability and death in all mankind. Ischemic stroke accounts for approximately 80% of all strokes. In China, 30-50% of ischemic strokes are caused by intracranial atherosclerotic diseases . Patients with intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis have a high risk of stroke recurrence and high disability rate. It should be a priority strategy for the prevention and treatment of major chronic diseases to explore the factors affecting the high-risk population of stroke recurrence of symptomatic severe intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis and the complications and treatment effects of endovascular intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有下述合并症：6周内有颅内出血或出血性脑梗死史；合并房颤或6周内左室心肌梗死等可能系心源性卒中者；合并颅内肿瘤、血管畸形和动脉瘤；不可纠正的出血性疾病；严重肝肾功能障碍；合并血液疾病或传染性疾病。预计生存期＜1年者。体内有异物严禁行MR检查。

Exclusion criteria：

The following complications: a history of intracranial hemorrhage or hemorrhagic cerebral infarction within 6 weeks; Combined with atrial fibrillation, cardiogenic stroke; intracranial tumor, vascular malformation, aneurysm; uncorrectable hemorrhagic disease; severe liver and kidney dysfunction; blood disorders or infectious diseases. The expected survival time is less than 1 year. MR Examination is strictly prohibited if there are foreign bodies in the body.
