研究目的：

1. 明确降糖药（阿卡波糖、DPP-4i）对2型糖尿病患者肠道菌群分布的影响; 2. 揭示降糖药通过肠道菌群改善糖代谢的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the effects of antidiabetic drugs on the gut-microbiota of T2D patients; 2. To reveal the role of antidiabetic drugs in improving glucose metabolism through gut-microbiota.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
2.肿瘤患者,高血压病，冠心病，脑梗塞等其他血管相关慢性疾病病史；
3.近期服用抗生素、益生元、纤维补充剂者（如善存）(6周以内)；
4.服用减肥药物或接受减肥手术治疗者（如胃旁路手术）；
5.长期服用抑酸剂或抗炎药，因胃食管反流服用高剂量质子泵抑制剂者；
6.胃肠道疾病患者(克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎、短肠综合征、结肠憩室病、乳糜泻)；

Exclusion criteria：

1. pregnant women;
2. cancer patients,Hypertension, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction,and other vascular related chronic diseases;
3. consumed antiparasitics,prebiotics;
4. weight-loss treatments or a history of bariatric surgery;
5. chronic consumption of antacids or anti-inflammatory drugs,gastro-oesophageal reflux treated with high doses of proton pump inhibitors.
6. gastrointestinal diseases (Crohn disease, ulcerative colitis, short bowel syndrome, diverticulosis, or celiac disease).
