研究目的：

构建多维客观评价免疫功能的综合指标谱系，量化标注老年肺部感染长程免疫轨迹，以更好地应对我国老龄化的问题。  

Objectives of Study：

To better address the aging problem in China, we constructed a multi-dimensional objective comprehensive index spectrum to evaluate immune function and quantify the long-term immune trajectory of elderly pulmonary infection.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有严重基础疾病，预期寿命＜1年； 2. 免疫抑制患者，包括以下情况：原发性免疫缺陷病；活动期恶性肿瘤或1年内的恶性肿瘤，不包括局部皮肤癌或早期癌症患者(如I 期肺癌)；肿瘤化疗中；HIV感染者CD4+ T细胞< 200cell/μl 或＜14%；实体器官、造血干细胞移植；接受皮质类固醇治疗，强的松≥ 20mg/天，持续≥ 14天，或累积剂量> 600mg；接受生物制剂、改善疾病的抗风湿药物或其他免疫抑制药物； 3. 长期卧床患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from serious underlying diseases, life expectancy < 1 year; 2. Immunosuppressed patients, including the following conditions: primary immunodeficiency disease; active malignant tumor or malignant tumor within 1 year, excluding local skin cancer or early cancer patients (such as stage I lung cancer); tumor chemotherapy; HIV infection CD4+T cells < 200 cell/μl or < 14%; solid organ, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; receiving corticosteroid therapy, prednisone >= 20 mg/day for >= 14 days, or cumulative dose > 600 mg; receiving biological agents, improving Antirheumatic drugs or other immunosuppressive drugs for the disease; 3. Long-term bedridden patients.
