研究目的:

本研究以多元智能理论为基础,削弱传统智力评价在自闭症患儿诊断、评价和干预等方面的影响,在充分尊重患儿个性的基础上树立多元多维评价观,在干预过程中体现“因材施教”的思想,通过自闭症患儿的优势智能发展弱势智能。拟在调查并分析自闭症患儿不同心理行为缺陷类型的基础上,给予相对应的综合干预,从而对不同自闭症儿童形成个性化综合干预体系,以使其能逐步具备一定的社会适应能力、生活自理能力、与人交往能力和学习能力,提高自闭症患儿的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study:

This study based on the theory of multiple intelligences, weaken the traditional intelligence evaluation in such aspects as autism diagnosis, assessment and intervention, the influence of in children with full respect for individual character sets up the concept of plural multi-dimensional evaluation, on the basis of "according to their aptitude" ideas are embodied in the process of intervention, through the advantage of autism weak intelligence intelligence development. Proposed in the investigation and analysis of autistic children with different defect types on the basis of psychological behavior, give the corresponding comprehensive intervention, to different autistic children form a personalized comprehensive intervention system, so that it can have a certain social adaptation ability step by step, the life self-care ability, ability to communicate with people and learning ability, improve the effect of intervention of children with autism.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.不符合美国精神病学会编制的精神障碍《诊断和统计手册》第四版(DSM-IV)中关于自闭症儿童自闭症的诊断标准;
2.自闭症儿童行为检查表(ABC)评分<53分;
3.儿童自闭症评定量表(CARS)评分<30分;
4.精神发育迟滞、Asperger综合症、儿童少年精神分裂症、选择性缄默症、特定感受性语言障碍、强迫症、Heller综合症等其他广泛性发育障碍等;
5.有其他重大脏器疾病或慢性疾病史。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Do not conform to the American psychiatric association, compiled the fourth edition of the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders (dsm-iv) of children with autism in the diagnostic criteria of autism;
2. Children with autism behavior checklist (ABC) score < 53 points;
3. Children with autism rating scale (CARS) score < 30 points;
4. Mental retardation, Asperger syndrome, children schizophrenia, selective mutism, specific and receptive language disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, Heller syndrome and other broad developmental disorders, etc.;
5. There are other major viscera disease or a history of chronic disease.
