研究目的：

1.主要目的：调查患者对于颈部矫形器的使用率、使用种类、获得渠道、使用感受和评价。 2.次要目的：分析影响患者选择或放弃使用颈部矫形器的相关因素。 3.探索性目的：为改良ALS专用颈部矫形器设计提出针对性建议。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Main objective: To investigate the usage rate, types, access channels, using feelings and evaluation of cervical orthosis. 2.Secondary objective: To analyze the relevant factors that affect patients' choice or abandonment of using cervical orthosis. 3.Exploratory objective: To make targeted suggestions for improving the design of cervical orthosis for ALS.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.任何已知的非ALS相关的运动神经元病； 2.重大的精神疾病或认知功能障碍的患者； 3.接受调查时尚未出现颈肌无力相关症状的患者; 4.不愿或不能参加及完成本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Any known non-ALS-related motor neuron disease; 2.Patients with major mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; 3.Patients without neck muscle weakness related symptoms at the time of investigation; 4.Patients who are unwilling or unable to participate in and complete the study.
