研究目的:

阐明不同致病菌感染脓毒症宿主 mTOR 信号通路活性和 CD8+Tem 细胞效应分化表型的特征变化,评估mTOR信号通路介导CD8+Tem 细胞增殖分化与脓毒症宿主炎性反应和预后相关性,探讨T-bet和Eomes在mTOR 信号通路中的潜在分子调控机制。  

Objectives of Study:

To investigate the effect of mTOR on the activity of CD8+ T cell effetor differentiation phenotype, the inflammatory response, and the prognostic relevance in septic patients.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)年龄<18 岁;(2)妊娠或哺乳;(3)住院期间放弃治疗者。

Exclusion criteria:
