研究目的：

1. 探讨肺康复治疗对急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的疗效及预后影响； 2. 探讨肺康复治疗对医患关系的影响； 3. 探讨远程居家肺康复治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的疗效及预后影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the curative effect and prognosis of pulmonary rehabilitation on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. Discuss the impact of pulmonary rehabilitation on doctor-patient relationship; 3. To explore the curative effect and prognosis of remote home-based pulmonary rehabilitation on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 不愿签署知情同意书者； 2. 认知功能障碍者； 3. 影响康复治疗的合并症，如视力障碍、急性心血管事件（心肌栓塞或梗死）、骨骼肌系统疾病（骨折）、神经系统疾病（重症肌无力）、精神系统性疾病（精神分裂症）、晚期肿瘤等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form; 2. People with cognitive impairment; 3. Complications affecting rehabilitation treatment, such as visual impairment, acute cardiovascular events (myocardial embolism or infarction), musculoskeletal system diseases (fractures), nervous system diseases (myasthenia gravis), and mental system diseases (schizophrenia) , advanced tumors, etc.
