研究目的：

联合应用VBM, rs-fMRI, DTI多模态磁共振方法，从结构和功能的角度，及从脑区到神经网络的水平更深入的揭示术后认知功能障碍的神经生理基础，同时检测患者血液中炎性介质的水平，并且评价围术期患者的神经认知功能，并为其早期发现和治疗PND提供先进的技术支持。

Objectives of Study：

To combine VBM, rs-fMRI, and DTI multimodal magnetic resonance imaging methods to reveal the neurophysiological basis of postoperative cognitive dysfunction from the structural and functional perspectives, as well as from the level of brain regions to the neural network. To detecte the levels of inflammatory mediators in the blood of patients, and evaluated the perioperative neurocognitive function of patients. And provide advanced technical support for early detection and treatment of PND.

排除标准：

术前蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）评分低于26分的患者，现在或既往有精神病史的患者，使用镇静剂或抗抑郁药物的患者，药物依赖者，嗜酒者，严重的听觉或视觉或运动有障碍者及患急性传染病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a preoperative Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) score of less than 26, current or previous history of mental illness, use of sedatives or antidepressants, drug dependence, alcohol abuse, severe hearing or visual or motor impairment, and acute infectious disease
