研究目的:

探索CPG控制模式下肢康复机器人对不完全脊髓损伤患者下肢步行功能改善的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study:

To explore the clinical effect of CPG-controlledlower limb rehabilitation robot on the improvement of lower limb walking function in patients with incomplete spinal cord injury.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.完全性脊髓损伤患者; 2.下肢有骨折、挛缩或畸形患者; 3.有其他多器官多系统损伤基础疾病者; 4.患者有影响步行功能训练的其他内科疾病; 5.沟通交流有障碍以及不遵医嘱患者; 6.中途退出者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with complete spinal cord injury; 2. Patients with fractures, contractures, or deformities in the lower limbs; 3. Patients with other underlying diseases in multiple organs and systems; 4. Patients with other medical diseases that affect functional walking training; 5. Patients with communication problems and non-compliance with medical orders; 6. Patients who dropped out during the experiment.
