研究目的：

采用计算机信息技术，开发一套治疗强迫症的计算机辅助认知行为治疗系统，针对强迫症患者，并与对照组进行比较，来证实计算机辅助认知行为治疗系统的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Using computer information technology, a computer aided cognitive behavioral therapy system was developed for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and compared with the control group to confirm the efficacy of the system.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.具有重度抑郁障碍、焦虑障碍、双相情感障碍，需要立即进行治疗的患者；
2.合并脑器质性疾病及严重躯体疾病者；
3.精神发育迟缓者；
4.有物质和药物滥用及依赖史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder and need immediate treatment;
2. Patients with organic brain diseases and serious physical diseases;
3. Mental retardation;
4. With a history of substance and drug abuse and dependence.

由主试(两名精神科医生、两名应用心理研究生)按照目前是否服用药物分为服药组与未服药组，之后将服药组的被试按照纳入的先后顺序进行随机化分组并纳入药物治疗组与计算机辅助认知行为治疗联合药物治疗组,即将被试按纳入的时间顺序进行编号,单号进入药物治疗组,双号进入计算机辅助认知行为治疗联合药物治疗组；将未服药组的被试同样按照纳入的先后顺序进行随机化分组并纳入心理健康宣教组、计算机辅助认知行为治疗组,即将被试按纳入的时间顺序进行编号,单号进入心理健康宣教组,双号进入计算机辅助认知行为治疗组。
