研究目的:

探究在直接视觉映射反馈的环境下,基于运动想象的脑计算机接口联合腕关节机器人对慢性期脑卒中患者伸腕关节运动功能恢复的有效性  

Objectives of Study:

In the visual feedback environment, investigate the efficacy of motor imaginary based brain-computer-interface with arm robots in improving the wrist motor impairment in stroke patients.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

经过运动和视觉想象问卷调查表明无法执行运动想象;有明显认知障碍、听觉和视力障碍;体内有金属异物的患者(起搏器、动脉支架等);存在磁共振检查禁忌症;妊娠或哺乳期妇女;合并心、肝、肾、造血系统和内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病患者;依从性差,不能完成本次试验者。

Exclusion criteria:

without the ability of motor imaginary;with significant cognition, audio and visual impairment; metal implants in body; contraditions for MRI; Pregnant or lactating women;patients'condition is unstable and not suitable to participate in the study; Poor compliance and could not finish the whole study.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

在研究结束后,即回收病例报告表,并将表中的内容输入电脑,进行留档,专人专柜上锁,本科室保管5年。
