研究目的：

基于ICU重症患者生命体征变化，炎症指标等，通过对fMRI、脑电、语音等临床多模态生物、心理信息的分析、融合、建模，研究多模态信息的复杂结构及关联性，探索ICU重症患者谵妄发生率及谵妄心理、生理表象与谵妄的相关危险因素，为谵妄发生机制提供量化的分析方法和手段，提出适用于谵妄早期诊断的主客观指标体系，并在此基础上研发谵妄早期诊断治疗干预系统。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the changes of vital signs and inflammatory indicators of ICU patients, the complex structure and correlation of multi-modal information are studied through the analysis, fusion and modeling of clinical multi-modal biological and psychological information such as fMRI, EEG, and voice, and the incidence rate of delirium in ICU patients as well as the risk factors related to delirium mental and physiological appearances are explored. To provide quantitative analysis methods and means for the mechanism of delirium occurrence, put forward the subjective and objective index system suitable for early diagnosis of delirium, and develop the early diagnosis and treatment intervention system of delirium on this basis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.深度镇静及昏迷患者，RASS＜-3 分及GCS＜8分； 2.入科前存在认知衰退状况（例如痴呆、阿尔茨海默病，帕金森病）； 3.存在视觉或听觉障碍； 4.濒临死亡且预计无法存活48小时，或预计ICU停留时间少于48小时。

Exclusion criteria：

1. In patients with deep sedation and coma, RASS < -3 and GCS < 8; 2. Cognitive decline before admission (such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease); 3. Visual or hearing impairment; 4. Near death, not expected to survive for 48 hours, or expected stay in the ICU less than 48 hours.
