研究目的：

1.验证双侧iTBS对吞咽障碍的疗效及安全性；2.比较双侧iTBS和双侧rTMS对卒中后吞咽障碍患者的疗效差异；3..以血生化、功能性近红外光谱等相关指标的变化，探索iTBS改善吞咽障碍患者的生化、脑网络调节机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To verify the efficacy and safety of bilateral iTBS on swallowing disorders; 2. To compare the difference in efficacy between bilateral iTBS and bilateral rTMS in patients with post-stroke swallowing disorders; 3. To explore the mechanism of biochemical and brain network regulation in patients with swallowing disorder improved by iTBS with the changes of blood biochemistry, functional NIR spectra and other related indexes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.其他神经疾病引起的吞咽问题，如帕金森病、阿尔兹海默症、运动神经元疾病、颅脑外伤、小脑或脑干卒中患者； 2.顽固性癫痫史； 3.颅内金属植入物和（或）心脏金属植入物； 4.妊娠； 5.生命体征不平稳，或处于疾病急性期者； 6.患者认知功能差，无法配合相关检查、治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Swallowing problems caused by other neurological diseases, such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Motor neuron disease, craniocerebral trauma, cerebellar or brainstem stroke patients; 2. History of stubborn epilepsy; 3. Intracranial metal implants and/or cardiac metal implants; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Those with unstable vital signs or in the acute phase of the disease; 6. The patient has poor cognitive function and is unable to cooperate with relevant examinations and treatments.
