Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of pressure control ventilation mode on bronchial mucus delivery speed in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for gynecological tumors.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有呼吸道系统疾病及手术史、吸烟史或近期使用过已知影响BTV(肾上腺素受体拮抗剂、激素、抗胆碱能药物、茶碱和儿茶酚胺预计有气道困难、特异反应)的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a history of respiratory disease and surgery, a history of smoking, or recent use of known effects on BTV (adrenoceptor antagonists, hormones, anticholinergics, theophylline, and catecholamines are expected to have airway difficulties, idiosyncrasies).
