研究目的：

通过这次系统的设计和借助可视化、定量的近红外功能成像（fNRIS）精准评估，来观察： （1）镜像疗法所激活的相应大脑皮层的区域； （2）镜像疗法联合康复机器人手套所激活的相应大脑皮层的区域，比较两者之间的位置和激活的强度，寻找最适合、最大限度发挥神经可塑性的治疗方法。为镜像疗法和康复机器人手套提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through this system's design and with the aid of visualization, quantitative near infrared imaging (fNRIS) accurately evaluate function, to observe the mirror therapy: (1) To activate the corresponding area of the cerebral cortex; (2) The mirror therapy in combination with the rehabilitation robot gloves the corresponding area of the cerebral cortex, activated by the comparison between the position and the strength of the activation; To find the most appropriate treatment that maximizes neuroplasticity. To provide clinical basis for mirror therapy and rehabilitation robot gloves.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重妨碍患者合作的合并症配合治疗，如严重心脏病、严重出血、凝血障碍等；
2.患肢严重痉挛；
3.认知功能障碍不能配合研究者；
4.有精神病史；
5.孕妇、哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Co-treatment of complications that seriously hinder patient cooperation, such as severe heart disease, severe bleeding, coagulation disorders, etc.;
2. Severe spasm of the affected limb;
3. Cognitive dysfunction and inability to cooperate with researchers;
4. A history of mental illness;
5. Pregnant and lactating women.
