研究目的：

探讨Brainlabknee 3.2导航系统辅助下TKA治疗重度KOA的临床效果，以明确该系统在TKA中具体的应用价值，为临床提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical effects of Brainlabknee 3.2 navigation system-assisted TKA for severe KOA,in order to clarify the specific application value of the system in TKA for clinical reference.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.诊断为早期的KOA； 2.既往膝关节手术史； 3.诊断或合并有膝关节结核、化脓性感染、夏柯氏关节炎等疾病； 4.合并冠状位或矢状位畸形>=20； 5.患者身体状况差，合并有其他严重的内科疾病； 6.存在明显的手术禁忌症，不能耐受手术； 7.精神异常，不能接受或不配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosis of early KOA;
2. History of previous knee surgery;
3. Diagnosis or combination of knee tuberculosis, septic infection, and Charcot arthritis;
4. Combined coronal or sagittal deformity >= 20 degrees;
5. Poor physical condition of the patient, combined with other serious medical conditions;
6. Presence of significant contraindications to surgery and inability to tolerate surgery;
7. Mental abnormalities and inability to accept or cooperate with treatment.

每位患者对自己接受的手术是知情同意的，但是他们并不知道术中具体的定位方式，收集数据和统计分析的人员对手术程序也不知情，所有手术均由经验丰富的同一医疗团队完成。

Blinding：

Each patient gave informed consent to the procedure they underwent, but they were not aware of the exact intraoperative positioning, and the personnel collecting the data and statistical analysis were unaware of the procedure, and all procedures were performed by the same experienced medical team.
