研究目的：

探讨基于功能磁共振、脑电图等技术的精准确定治疗靶点的重复经颅磁刺激治疗对脑卒中患者功能障碍恢复及fMRI的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) based on functional magnetic resonance (fMRI) and electroencephalography (EEG) on functional recovery and fMRI in stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.非首次发作的脑卒中；
2.存在其它影响患者吞咽功能的疾病（如神经肌肉接头、颅神经病变、肌肉疾病、消化系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、口咽部器质性病变、食管性疾病等）；
3.体内植入电子装置、金属物质（如心脏起搏器、骨科内固定等）；
4.精神心理疾病；
5.存在单侧空间忽略；
6.眼科视力检查异常；
7.不配合治疗；
8.昏迷；
9.严重认知功能障碍；
10.严重的失语症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non first-time stroke;
2. There are other diseases that affect the swallowing function of patients (such as neuromuscular junction, cranial neuropathy, muscle disease, digestive system disease, respiratory system disease, organic lesions in the oropharynx, esophageal disease, etc.);
3. Implantation of electronic devices and metal substances in the body (such as pacemakers, orthopedic internal fixation, etc.);
4. Mental and psychological disorders;
5. Unilateral spatial neglect exists;
6. Abnormal visual acuity test in ophthalmology;
7. Failure to cooperate with treatment;
8. Coma;
9. Severe cognitive impairment;
10. Severe aphasia.
