研究目的：

1、在中医理论指导下，可望合理解释柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤（CLMD）从少阳论治TLE的分子机制。 2、基于外泌体蛋白角度，采用分子生物学、蛋白组测序、生物信息学分析等技术筛选及验证外泌体蛋白在TLE发病过程的作用，从“CLMD调控外泌体蛋白，缓解TLE痫性发作”这一途径阐明CLMD抗痫分子机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory, it is expected to reasonably explain the molecular mechanism of Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction (CLMD) in treating TLE from Shaoyang. 2. From the perspective of exosomal proteins, molecular biology, proteomic sequencing, bioinformatics analysis and other technologies were adopted to screen and verify the role of exosomal proteins in the pathogenesis of TLE, and to clarify the molecular mechanism of anti-epileptic CLMD from the perspective of ''CLMD regulates exosomal proteins and alleviates TLE epileptic seizures''.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肝、肾功能异常（ALT、AST、Cr、BUN超过正常值1.2倍以上）；
2.对实验药物有过敏史；
3.合并有心脏、肝脏、肾脏等重要器官疾病，以及有影响其生存的严重疾病，如恶性肿瘤；
4.准备妊娠、妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abnormal liver and kidney function (ALT, AST, Cr, BUN more than 1.2 times the normal value);
2. Allergic to experimental drugs;
3. Complicated with heart, liver, kidney and other vital organ diseases, as well as serious diseases affecting their survival, such as malignant tumors;
4. Prepare for pregnancy, pregnancy or breastfeeding.
