验证多模态磁共振定量参数评估高级别脑胶质瘤治疗后反应的有效性，为建立鉴别高级别脑胶质瘤真、假性进展的新诊断标准提供新的生物标志物

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of multi-modality magnetic resonance quantitative parameters in evaluating the treatment effects of high-grade gliomas, and to provide new biomarkers for the establishment of new diagnostic criteria for the identification of true and pseudoprogression of high-grade gliomas

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

不适宜增强MRI扫描的患者，包括孕妇或哺乳期妇女；严重心、肝、肾功能不全者；体内铁磁性金属物置入，严重幽闭恐惧症及对比剂使用禁忌症等患者；
术后未行同步放化疗的患者，或同步放化疗前即脱落的病例

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients not suitable for enhanced MRI scanning of patients;
2. Patients who have not finished follow-up concurrent chemoradiotherapy or MR scanning

诊断试验：

Diagnostic Tests：

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：	以病理或临床长期随访结果为金标准。同步放化疗完成后的12周内出现以下情况的可确诊为疾病进展：A. 磁共振检查T1增强序列显示放疗视野外出现新的增强病灶；B. 组织病理学证实的疾病进展。同步放化疗完成后的12周内磁共振检查T1增强序列显示放疗视野内出现新的或增大的增强病灶（增强病灶垂直直径乘积增加≥25%）需进行真、假性进展的进一步鉴别；有二次手术则根据二次手术的病理结果诊断真性进展或假性进展，若无二次手术，则根据临床随访结果诊断（需神经肿瘤学医生与神经影像学医生共同诊断）。若同步放化疗结束后6月内无需变更治疗方案则诊断为假性进展，增强病灶保持稳定或减小，允许轻度增大的增强病灶的出现。出现以下情况之一的诊断为真性进展：A.新病灶出现；B. 除外其他原因引起的临床表现恶化；C. 死亡或病情恶化引起的失随访；D. 明确的不可测量的疾病进展
Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):	Use long-term clinical follow-up results or pathology as gold standard. Within 12 weeks after concurrent chemoradiotherapy was completed, the progress of disease can be diagnosed as following: A.There is new enhancement outside of the radiation field; B. histologically proven disease.
