研究目的:

通过基于脑机接口(brain-computer interface, BCI)的多模态神经调控技,为脑卒中后上肢功能障碍患者提供一套中枢精准刺激反馈和外周强化训练相结合的康复治疗方案,完善脑卒中疾病诊疗流程,提高患者生存质量.同时利用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评测上肢部分(FMA-UE)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)以及上肢动作研究量表(ARAT)等评估量表对上肢功能障碍程度评定,同时通过脑电图(EEG)、近红外功能成像(fNIRS)、运动诱发电位(MEP)等客观的检查指标来评估康复治疗效果和对患者的预后进行判断,为脑卒中患者上肢功能的康复提供新的治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study:

Through the multimodal neural regulation technique based on brain-computer interface, a set of rehabilitation treatment scheme combining central accurate stimulation feedback and peripheral intensive training was provided for patients with upper limb dysfunction after stroke, and the diagnosis and treatment process of stroke disease was improved. improve the quality of life of patients. At the same time, the degree of upper limb dysfunction was evaluated by Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment of upper limb part (FMA-UE), modified Barthel index (MBI) and upper limb movement research scale (ARAT). At the same time, the effect of rehabilitation treatment was evaluated and the prognosis of patients was judged by objective indexes such as electroencephalogram (EEG), near infrared functional imaging (fNIRS) and motor evoked potential (MEP). To provide a new treatment for the rehabilitation of upper limb function in patients with stroke.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 患者情绪不稳不能配合治疗者;
2. 严重的视觉障碍,半侧空间忽略,体象障碍;
3. 合并其他严重疾病如严重心脏病者等不适宜进行治疗者;
4. 既往有癫痫史、脑器质性疾病或严重精神障碍;
5. 因各种疾病导致上肢关节疼痛、活动受限者,如上肢挛缩或畸形、肩关节半脱位等;
6. 体内存在金属植入物、心脏起搏器或颅骨缺损者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. The patient is emotionally unstable and unable to cooperate with the treatment;
2. Severe visual impairment, hemispatial neglect, and body image disturbance;
3. Combined with other serious diseases such as severe heart disease, etc. who are not suitable for treatment;
4. Previous history of epilepsy, brain organic disease or severe mental disorder;
5. Patients with upper limb joint pain and limited mobility due to various diseases, such as upper limb contracture or deformity, shoulder subluxation, etc.;
6. There are metal implants, pacemakers or skull defects in the body.
