研究目的：

本项目创新之处是结合机器学习和多模态磁共振成像技术对首发未治疗的BpiD和BpiM患者脑影像学研究，并结合脑网络分析方法来研究BD患者脑网络功能和结构属性的改变以及神经影像学病理机制，探索MDD转躁预测指标和BD障碍影像学生物标记物，并在其他样本集中去验证这些生物标记物，已得到准确性、敏感性和特异性最合适的诊断标记物。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this project is to combine machine learning and multimodal magnetic resonance imaging technology to study the brain imaging changes of the first-episode untreated BpiD and BpiM patients and to study the changes in the functional and structural attributes of brain networks and the pathological mechanism of neuroimaging in patients with BD by combining brain network analysis methods. We also aimed to explore the imaging biomarkers of BD and the predictors of MDD patients becoming manic patients. The biomarkers we obtained will be verified in other sample sets to obtain the most appropriate diagnostic markers with accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.磁共振检查禁忌症； 2.常规扫描头颅器质性疾病； 3.患者精神分裂症、双相情感障碍等其他精神疾病； 4.患有不稳定的躯体疾病； 5.有烟、酒、毒品等滥用史； 6.怀孕或哺乳期； 7.CSSRS、HAMD评分有自杀倾向； 8.既往有自杀、自残史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have contraindication of magnetic resonance examination;
2. Brain organic diseases found by routine scanning;
3. Other mental diseases such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder;
4. Suffering from unstable somatic diseases;
5. Have a history of abuse of tobacco, alcohol, drugs, etc;
6. Pregnancy or lactation;
7. CSSRS and HAMD scores are suicidal;
8. History of suicide and self-mutilation.
