通过将虚拟现实技术(Virtual Reality,VR)和脑机接口技术(Brain-Computer Interface,BCI)与常规康复治疗联合应用,利用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评测上肢部分(FMA-UE)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)以及上肢动作研究量表(ARAT)等评估量表对上肢功能障碍程度评定,同时通过脑电图(EEG)、近红外功能成像(fNIRS)、运动诱发电位(MEP)等客观的检查指标来评估康复治疗效果和对患者的预后进行判断,为脑卒中患者上肢功能的康复提供新的治疗方法。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Through the combined application of virtual reality technology, brain-computer interface technology and routine rehabilitation therapy, the degree of upper limb dysfunction was evaluated by Fugl-Meyer motor function evaluation of upper limb part (FMA-UE), modified Barthel index (MBI) and upper limb movement research scale (ARAT). At the same time, objective indexes such as electroencephalogram (EEG), near infrared functional imaging (fNIRS) and motor evoked potential (MEP) were used to evaluate the effect of rehabilitation treatment and judge the prognosis of patients with stroke, so as to provide a new treatment method for the rehabilitation of upper limb function in patients with stroke. |
