研究目的：

（1）解析 IBD 患者健康膳食自我决策困境类别和引致因素，总结 IBD 患者膳食营养管理内在特征和规律； （2）破解 IBD 患者健康膳食自我决策困境，构建科学预警、趋势预测和决策支持的健康膳食自我决策模型。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To analyze the categories and contributing factors of healthy diet self-decision dilemma in IBD patients, and to summarize the internal characteristics and rules of dietary nutrition management in IBD patients; (2) To solve the dilemma of healthy diet self-decision-making in IBD patients and construct a healthy diet self-decision-making model with scientific warning, trend prediction and decision support.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

采用纵向调查法，分别于入组时、入组后3 个月和6个月，采集受试者多维健康膳食指标，如生理病理、社会经济、认知心理、外部环境和膳食行为特征。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A longitudinal survey was conducted to collect multidimensional healthy dietary indicators, such as physiological and pathological characteristics, social economy, cognitive psychology, external environment and dietary behavior characteristics, at the time of enrollment, 3 months and 6 months after enrollment. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 认知障碍、语言沟通障碍等影响交流者； 2. 正在参加，或一年内参加其他临床研究或心理治疗的患者； 3. 具有严重的原发性心、肝、肺、肾、血液或影响其生存的严重疾病者； 4. 妊娠或正准备妊娠的妇女，哺乳期妇女； 5. 入组前4周内接受过激素治疗； 6. 严重营养不良，素食主义、严重偏食或因宗教信仰等有明显特殊饮食需求的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with cognitive disorders and language communication disorders; 2. Patients who are participating in, or within one year have participated in, other clinical studies or psychotherapy; 3. Patients with severe primary heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood or other serious diseases affecting their survival; 4. Women who are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, breast-feeding women; 5. Received hormone therapy within 4 weeks before enrollment; 6. Patients with severe malnutrition, vegetarianism, severe partial eating or obvious special dietary needs due to religious beliefs.
