研究目的：

对老年夜间高血压患者，在常规药物治疗基础上，给予吸入氢氧混合气体治疗，探究氢气对老年夜间高血压患者治疗效果的影响，探讨吸入氢气能否有助于恢复正常血压节律.  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of conventional drug treatment, the elderly patients with nocturnal hypertension were treated with inhaling hydrogen oxygen mixture gas to explore the effect of hydrogen on the treatment of elderly patients with nocturnal hypertension, and to explore whether inhaling hydrogen can help restore the normal blood pressure rhythm.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重心衰；
2.呼吸衰竭；
3.重症肺炎；
4.脓毒血症；
5.肾衰竭；
6.肿瘤晚期；
7.睡眠呼吸暂停；
8.严重精神疾病；
9.卧床生活不能自理；
10.依从性差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe heart failure;
2. Respiratory failure;
3. Severe pneumonia;
4. Sepsis;
5. Renal failure;
6. Advanced tumor;
7. Sleep apnea;
8. Serious mental illness;
9. Unable to take care of themselves in bed;
10. Patients with poor compliance.
