研究目的：

探讨在复发性动脉粥样硬化型缺血性脑卒中患者中PIA2突变导致GP IIIa表达多态性与阿司匹林抵抗的相关性进行研究。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to detect the relationships between aspirin resistance and GpIIIa PIA2 polymorphism in recurrent atherosclerosis stroke

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.非动脉粥样硬化型脑梗死，如:Toast分型(Ⅱ, Ⅳ,Ⅴ)
2.出现新发神经功能缺损症状，但缺乏头颅影像学资料；
3.排除以下神经系统疾病：脑出血、脑血管畸形、肿瘤、非椎-基底动脉梗死引起眩晕以及非脑血管疾病；
4.发病前三月出现消化道系统出血或者其他内脏器官出血；
5.发病前同时服用其它抗血小板药物或抗凝治疗，例如：硫酸氢氯吡格雷片、西洛他唑、双嘧达莫等、肝素、华法林、利伐沙班等药物；
6.本次发病后，入组前接受溶栓治疗；
7.既往曾接受过颈部或者颅内支架植入术，目前仍然在服用两种或两种以上抗血小板药物；
8.对阿司匹林、硫酸氢氯吡格雷、西洛他唑、双嘧达莫等抗血小板药物产生过敏；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute cerebral ischemic events is deriving from non- atherosclerosis ischemic stroke(Trial of Org 10172 in Acute Stroke Treatment (TOAST) criteria (II, IV, V));
2. Subjects with the symptoms of neurological impairment without evidence of acute infarction on baseline CT or MRI of the head;
3. Exclude below diseases such as intracerebral hemorrhage, vascular malformation, tumor, abscess and so on;
4. Subjects with documented history of any gastrointestinal disorders or other organs bleeding or major surgery within the previous 3 months;
5. Subjects with any coagulation, bleeding or blood disorders;
6. Subjects, who have received heparin therapy, oral anticoagulation therapy or other antiplatelet drugs before randomization;
7. Subjects who have had treatment with thrombolysis around the time of randomization;
8. Subjects who have had endovascular stent in cervical or intracranial artery and oral dual antiplatelet drugs before randomization;
9. Subjects who are contraindicated in aspirin as well as any of their components.
