研究目的：

1.研究目标 1)比较不同体外机械灌注方法对中度及重度以上脂肪供肝的灌注效果，阐明hMSCs-HNF4α外泌体在常温机械灌注中对脂肪供肝的评估及修复治疗作用，熟悉NMP肝移植技术，为下一步开展临床肝移植正常供肝常温下机械灌注提供理论依据与实践基础。 2)比较不同体外机械灌注方法和常规CS保存肝脏对肝移植患者的预后，为下一步开展临床肝移植脂肪供肝常温下机械灌注联合hMSCs-HNF4α外泌体提供理论依据与实践基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Research objectives 1) To compare the effect of hMSCs-HNF4α exosomes on the evaluation of fat donor liver and the effect of repairing and treating the fat donor liver at normal temperature.And provide the theoretical basis and practical basis for the next step to carry out mechanical perfusion of normal liver transplantation at normal temperature. 2) To compare the prognosis of liver transplant patients with different in vitro mechanical perfusion methods and conventional CS preservation, and to provide the theoretical basis and practice basis for the next step of clinical liver transplantation of fat donor liver tissue at room temperature combined with hMSCs-HNF4α exosomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

存在移植史；
移植MELD评分＞35；
HIV阳性；
目前存在严重的全身感染；
多器官移植；

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of prior solid organ transplantation;
2. Patient on a respiratory and/or cardiocirculatory support at the time of transplant;
3. MELD score >35;
4. HIV positive patient;
5. Patient with current severe systemic infection;
6. Mutiorgan transplant.
