研究目的：

探讨重复经颅磁刺激（rTMS）和间歇Theta节律刺激（iTBS）两种模式的经颅磁刺激作用患侧下颌舌骨肌运动皮质代表区治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效对比，为临床康复治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and intermittent Theta rhythm stimulation (iTBS) in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia in representative areas of the mandibular hyoid muscle motor cortex on the affected side, and to provide a basis for clinical rehabilitation treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.任何其他神经源性疾病、肿瘤史；
2.在中风之前或之后有癫痫发作或使用癫痫药物的病史；
3.MMSE＜20分；
4.内置心脏起搏器或体内植入其他金属医疗器械；
5.恶心肿瘤，有出血倾向者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of any other neurogenic diseases or tumors;
2. Have a history of seizures or use of epilepsy drugs before or after a stroke;
3. MMSE<20 points;
4. Internal pacemaker or other metal medical devices implanted in the body;
5. Nauseous tumors with a tendency to bleed.
