本项研究主要探讨在饮食控制的基础上,VR运动与现实运动干预是否对超重和肥胖青少年的体脂含量具有改善作用,对体成分、糖脂代谢、认知功能、体适能等的影响,并通过系统生物学分析探索VR运动与真实运动对以上潜在表型改变的差异和机制。  

Objectives of Study:

The main purpose of this study is to explore whether VR exercise and real-world exercise intervention can improve body fat mass of overweight and obese adolescents based on diet administration, and the effects of VR exercise and real-world exercise on body composition, glycolipid metabolism, cognitive function and physical fitness. Furthermore, the differences and mechanisms between VR exercise and real-world exercise on the above potential phenotypic changes will be explored through systems biology analysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

训练包括热身、技能训练、小型比赛和放松练习等环节,VR足球、乒乓球训练的运动时间与频率与真实运动保持一致。每周训练3次,每次40分钟,共训练8周。其中8周共分4个周期(2周为一个周期)。根据逐渐递增运动负荷的训练学原则,四个周期的训练差别主要体现在运动负荷和训练强度方面。运动强度评定标准为%最大心率(HRmax),运动强度范围为60%-70%HRmax。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

Training includes a warm-up, skill training, small games and relaxation exercises, and the movement time and frequency of VR soccer and table tennis training are consistent with real sports. The training was performed three times a week for 40 minutes for a total of 8 weeks. 8 weeks were divided into 4 cycles (2 weeks as a cycle). According to the training principle of gradually increasing exercise load, the training difference of four cycles is mainly reflected in exercise load and training intensity. Exercise intensity is measured as %maximum heart rate (HRmax) and exercise intensity range from 60% to 70% HRmax.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.在筛选期前90天内参加有组织的减肥计划; 2.目前服用以下任何药物治疗:普拉姆林肽、奥利司他、唑尼沙胺、托吡酯、氯卡色林、芬特明、安非他酮、纳曲酮、胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)受体激动剂或二甲双胍(用于治疗肥胖症); 3.既往接受过肥胖外科治疗; 4.肌肉、骨骼或神经等组织器官损伤(妨碍运动训练); 5.非单纯性肥胖,包括内分泌与代谢性疾病(如库欣综合征、甲状腺功能低下、性腺功能减退、多囊卵巢综合征等)、肿瘤及创伤等; 6.严重精神疾病(如精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、重度抑郁)病史; 7.确认患有神经性贪食症障碍的受试者; 8.使用VR眩晕,存在障碍者; 9.研究者认为可能危及受试者安全或不遵守方案的任何情况。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Participate in an organized weight loss plan within 90 days prior to the screening period; 2. Currently taking any of the following drugs for treatment: pramlin peptide, Orlistat, Zonisamide, topiramate, clocasserin, phentermine, Bupropion, naltrexone, Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist or Metformin (for the treatment of obesity); 3. Previously received surgical treatment for obesity; 4. Damage to tissues and organs such as muscles, bones, or nerves (hindering exercise training); 5. Non simple obesity, including endocrine and metabolic diseases (such as Cushing's syndrome, hypothyroidism, hypogonadism, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc.), tumors, and trauma; 6. History of severe mental illness (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe depression); 7. Confirming subjects with bulimia nervosa disorder; 8. Those who experience dizziness and obstacles when using VR; 9. Any situation that the researcher believes may endanger the safety of the subject or non-compliance with the protocol.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:
