研究目的：

考察高原工作人群睡眠质量的基本情况，调查高原和湿热环境、睡眠行为、心理等情绪、疲劳感等因素对睡眠的影响程度，以及睡眠相关的中医证候特征进行调查，考察部分失眠人群的颈部动脉供血情况。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the basic situation of the sleep quality of the people working on plateau, investigate the influence of high altitude, humid and hot environment, sleep behavior, psychology and other emotions, fatigue and other factors on sleep, and investigate the characteristics of sleep related TCM syndromes, and investigate the blood supply of neck arteries of some insomniacs.

排除标准：

1.语言功能障碍者； 2.具有严重的精神疾病并无法正常回答问卷者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Language dysfunction; 2. Those who have serious mental illness and cannot answer the questionnaire normally.
