研究目的：

通过脑电图（Electroencephalogram，EEG）研究分级运动想象技术（Graded Motor Imagery，GMI）对大脑功能的影响及机制，为脑卒中患者上肢功能的康复提供新的治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The effect and mechanism of graded motor imagination on brain function were studied by EEG in order to provide a new treatment for the rehabilitation of upper limb function in patients with stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患者情绪不稳不能配合治疗者；
2. 严重的视觉障碍，半侧空间忽略，体象障碍；
3. 合并其他严重疾病如严重心脏病者等不适宜进行治疗者；
4. 既往有脑器质性疾病或严重精神障碍；
5. 因各种疾病导致上肢关节疼痛、活动受限者，如上肢挛缩或畸形、肩关节半脱位等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with emotional instability and unable to cooperate with treatment;
2. Severe visual impairment, half-space neglect, body image disorder;
3. Those who are not suitable for treatment with other serious diseases such as serious heart disease;
4. Previous brain organic diseases or serious mental disorders;
5. Upper limb joint pain and movement limitation caused by various diseases, such as upper limb contracture or deformity, shoulder subluxation and so on.
