研究目的：

探究有氧运动结合脊柱灵活性训练对支扩患者的呼吸困难、生活质量、运动耐力的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of aerobic exercise combined with spinal flexibility training on dyspnea, quality of life and exercise endurance in patients with bronchiectasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 安静状态下，呼吸频率>35次/分，SpO2<92%； 2. 安静状态下，收缩压≥180mmHg和（或）舒张压≥110mmHg，空腹血糖≥16.7mmol/L； 3. BMI>35kg/m2； 4. 一个月内发生急性心肌梗死或其他急性心脏事件； 5. 严重心脏疾病、主动脉夹层、恶性肿瘤、活动性出血等其他不适合运动的疾病； 6. 脊柱手术史，脊柱结构畸形（脊柱侧弯、强制性脊柱炎）、椎管狭窄等脊柱疾病； 7. 可能限制参与者运动能力的状况（例如严重的骨科或神经功能障碍等）； 8. 无法在家中使用支持互联网的设备的参与者被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

1. In a quiet state, respiratory rate > 35 times/min, SpO2 < 92%; 2. Under resting conditions, systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg and (or) diastolic blood pressure >= 110 mmHg, fasting blood sugar >= 16.7 mmol/L; 3.BMI > 35 kg/m2; 4. Acute myocardial infarction or other acute cardiac events occurred within one month; 5. Severe heart disease, aortic dissection, malignant tumor, active bleeding and other diseases that are not suitable for exercise; 6. History of spinal surgery, spinal structural deformity (scoliosis, ankylosing spondylitis), spinal stenosis and other spinal diseases; 7. Conditions that may limit the participant's ability to exercise (such as severe orthopedic or neurological dysfunction, etc.); 8. Participants without access to an Internet-enabled device at home were excluded.
