研究目的：

遗忘型轻度认知障碍（aMCI）是最常进展为阿尔茨海默病的类型。多任务运动认知训练是提升认知功能的有效方法。多领域训练可提高MCI患者不同的认知功能。将两者结合的研究很少见。对aMCI患者开展多领域多任务运动认知训练，以验证其干预效果，为今后的研究提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The elderly with Amnestic Mild Cognitive Impairment (aMCI) are at high risk of converting to dementia.Multi-tasking training is one of the most common types of Motor-cognitive intervention improving the cognitive functions of patients with MCI. Multi-domain cognitive training could promote various cognitive function. Studies on multi-domain, multi-tasking and motor-cognitive interventions are rare, and their effects need to be verified, providing evidence to future research.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①脑血管病者；②患严重心肺疾病、骨骼肌肉疾病者；③Hachinski缺血评分≥4分；④老年抑郁量表（GDS）≥11分；⑤日常生活能力量表（ADL）≤26分。⑥临床痴呆评定量表（CDR）0.5分。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) People with psychiatric or neurological disease; (2) People suffering from serious heart diseases, lung diseases and skeletal muscle diseases; (3) Hachinski Ischemic Scale>=4; (4) Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS)>=11; (5) Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL)<=26; (6) Clinical dementia review (CDR)= 0.5. (A total clinical dementia rating scale score>=0.5)
