研究目的：

通过多模态影像特征提取，建立脑膜瘤病理分级与复发的预测模型，并通过模型前瞻性预测脑膜瘤的病理分级与复发，验证并改进预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Through multimodal image feature extraction, a prediction model for the pathological grading and recurrence of meningioma was established, and the pathological grading and recurrence of meningioma were predicted prospectively through the model, and the prediction model was verified and improved.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.病人在首次扫描或术前接受过放 疗、化疗或放化疗等治疗；
2.首次影像为复发脑膜瘤患者，非脑膜瘤患者；
3.病人病理诊断不明确；
4.临床数据不完全；
5.病人拒绝穿刺活检或不适宜手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has received radiotherapy, chemotherapy or radiochemotherapy before the first scan or surgery;
2. The first image is patients with recurrent meningioma, not patients with meningioma;
3. The patient's pathological diagnosis is not clear;
4. Incomplete clinical data;
5. The patient refuses needle biopsy or is not suitable for surgery.
