研究目的：

本研究的目的是建立大样本的精神疾病临床数据库，采集多维度影像学、基因学、免疫学、行为学等数据，制定精神影像规范化、标准化数据采集流程；利用前沿人工智能方法，识别并建立稳定可靠的影像亚型模式，随后基于多模态多组学交联整合分析，解析不同亚型相应的神经病理学机制和生理学意义及其与诊断、临床分期和治疗预后的关系，建立多学科交叉评估体系；接着，本项目将针对不同亚型患者开展纵向随访研究，实现重大精神疾病神经环路异常改变的全病程可视化和可量化，建立基于精神影像的重大精神疾病筛查和诊断规范的平台，从而实现对患者和高危人群的早期诊断、临床分期和治疗预测。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to establish a large-sample clinical database of mental disorders, collect multi-dimensional imaging, genetics, immunology, behavioral data, and develop a standardized and standardized data collection process for mental imaging. The cutting-edge artificial intelligence method was used to identify and establish stable and reliable image subtype patterns. Then, based on multimodal and multiomics cross-linking integration analysis, the corresponding neuropathological mechanism and physiological significance of different subtypes were analyzed, and the relationship with diagnosis, clinical stage and treatment prognosis was established. Then, the project will focus on the longitudinal follow-up survey in patients with different subtypes, realize significant mental illness abnormal changes of neural circuits in the whole course of visualization and quantifiable, based on mental images of major mental disease screening and diagnosis of the standard platform, so as to realize the early diagnosis of patients with high-risk groups, clinical staging and treatment of prediction.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

存在磁共振检查禁忌症（如幽闭恐惧症，体内有金属植入物等）；具有物质滥用或者依赖的病史（如酒精、药物等）；患有重大躯体疾病的患者（如心血管疾病、代谢性疾病、肿瘤、慢性感染性疾病等）；处于孕期或哺乳期的女性；合并其他重大精神或神经系统疾病，如癫痫、多发性硬化、脑卒中等；入组时或在课题开展的过程中出现急性感染的病史；存在头部外伤史且存在意识丧失超过10分钟。

Exclusion criteria：

There are contraindications of magnetic resonance examination (such as claustrophobia, metal implants in the body, etc.); A history of substance abuse or dependence (e.g. alcohol, drugs, etc.); Patients with major physical diseases (e.g. cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, neoplasms, chronic infectious diseases, etc.); Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; Combined with other major mental or neurological diseases, such as epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, stroke, etc.; A history of acute infection at the time of enrollment or during the course of the study; There was a history of head trauma and loss of consciousness for more than 10 minutes.
